This 40,000-square-foot adaptive reuse project has been executed over multiple phases spanning several years. The work required thoughtful planning and coordination to maintain daily operations within an active office environment while continuing to upgrade and repurpose the building.
Working closely with the Igel leadership team and the project’s architectural and engineering partners, MAC helped guide the phased renovation approach to ensure construction activities remained efficient, safe, and minimally disruptive to the company’s ongoing operations.
• 40,000 SF adaptive reuse of an existing training facility
• Multi-year, multi-phase renovation strategy
• Construction within an actively operating office building
• Close coordination with architectural and engineering teams
• Continued collaboration with a repeat client and fellow family-owned business
The project reflects MAC Construction’s ability to partner closely with owners and design teams to thoughtfully transform existing buildings into highly functional modern workplaces while maintaining business continuity.
Together, we can create impactful spaces that leave a lasting positive impact on your community.
