This project consisted of new ground-up construction of a two-story amenities building serving a multi-family residential community in Grandview, Ohio. The scope included the clubhouse structure, outdoor pool and hot tub, and an outdoor grill and gathering area designed to serve residents and activate the shared community space.
MAC Construction worked closely with the ownership and design teams to deliver the project efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail across both the building and outdoor amenities. The finished facility created a central hub for residents and helped establish the character and community experience within the development.
