MAC Construction partnered with Grote Company and MA Design from early design-assist through final completion to transform Grote’s headquarters into a modern, forward-looking workplace that reflects the company’s innovation and global leadership in food processing equipment.

This project reimagined an aging facility into a bold, light-filled headquarters environment featuring a refreshed exterior presence, collaborative interior spaces, a central spine connection, café areas, and updated office environments that support both culture and performance.

Our involvement began in the preconstruction phase, providing budgeting, scheduling, and constructability input to align design vision with real-world execution. Through design-assist collaboration, MAC helped the team make informed material and detailing decisions that maintained quality while protecting schedule and cost.
